Absolute disgrace. The stay started off good. And then one day the electricity went for the whole day! No AC, no way to charge your phone, nowhere to get food because all the shops had closed due to powercut. And what did the hotel do...Absolutely nothing! Didn't offer the guests any food or support. We were there with kids, and with nowhere to get food for them. The hotel offered nothing to its guests at all. Not even a refund for that one night horrible night.

Booking on this hotel was a big mistake that I regret. Duo alot of things below are just some of them 1- They canceled my reservation 6 hours before the check in time, the told me this is by mistake 2- The facilities was less than good, my expectation was something better in compare to the cost. 3- There was beds, chairs..etc in front in my room, they make me feels like I'm living I'm a warehouse not in a hotel. I told them to take those stuff away however they are again and again putting the stuff there !!? 4- Electricity outage for up to 10 hours, I can understand this is something out of there control, however I expected a secondary reliable power source, what they have is enough just for 1 lamp per room you won't be able even to charge your phone. 5- Due the above point I asked the room service to take some of my father medicines those required certain cooling temperature, they took it but when I called them to take it back there were unable to locate it and it took from them almost two hours which was almost causing missing my flight.

First of all the location is excellent which is very helpful especially when you have women and children. Overall the reception has been overwhelming. Cleanliness and service provided by the staff especially staff called Mr Nazeer and his team have been very good and very helpful in all aspects of daily requirements. I would recommend the hotel to my friends and family anytime and would recommend Mr Nazeer to anyone.

Had very good experience. Hotel is very close to prophet’s mosque. Hotel staff was friendly and cooperative. Room was neat and clean. Very good concierge service and room service. Mr.Nazeer from room service ensured that our room was tidy everyday as per our schedule. Overall very pleasant stay, will surely prefer this place in my next trip

It's a very clean place. The food is excellent. People are so friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, it's too close to Prophet Mohammad's mosque. You can walk there in like 7 to 10 minutes.
