Multiple dishes were served in Buffett. Food was delicious However, room service was a little bit late. We asked to make up our room when we went outside. It was not cleaned when we arrived bk after 2 hrs. We have to remind them for it.

The hotel’s location is perfect, as it’s located close to prophet’s mosque. However, we have faced issues which made the experience unpleasant. one specific staff at check in reception was not in the mood, took so long to check in and while asking her how long it would take, she kept silent. after checking in by more than 30 minutes, luggage still hasn’t arrived to the room. after calling the reception and the luggage service (they have their own number which was given by the receptionist), and after arguments on the phone, we decided to go and complain to their manager. unfortunately, the manager wasn’t there but only the same receptionist. so we complained, and she called them and guaranteed luggage is on the way. which finally arrived. coming to breakfast, the food was good. however, the staff (waiters) are rude, as they never speak, even when we requested something, they just stare without even smiling, seemed like they’re forced to be in their role. very unprofessional. overall, it’s the first and last time for us to stay at this hotel.

Rooms are very nice and clean. Only issue is no easy charging ports for phones. Breakfast was as standard nothing exceptional but not poor quality either. Hotel staff are pleasant and helpful

This was my third stay at this place in May April 2022 , although the hotel is not adjacent to the holy mosque , its in the second row but the entrance to the gates of the mosque is exactly in front so the walking distance is comparable to those hotels which are in the front row, the hotel is not overwhelmingly big so that the elevators are not crowded and one does not have to wait endlessly for the elevator to arrive, the rooms , food and stuff are all rated A quality and I have no complaints, the other side of the hotel faces shopping areas and there are plenty of food outlets within five minutes walk , hotel rooms are also priced fairly which is another reason why I picked this hotel. Some hotel rooms have a very good view of the holy mosque

The two stars are for the wonderfully FRIENDLY people at the hotel. Phenomenal. So was the food. However, it was the dirtiest and most worn down rooms I’ve ever been to. Very dirty - definitely not 5 starts!
