Me and my friends did not have a great experience in the arrival reception. Nothing was explained to us upon check in but the breakfast. We did not know that there is a SPA that we can use during our free time. We only found out when we asked someone in the fitness center that there is a SPA that we can use but it is already too late and it was now closing. I hope this amenities can also be shared during your check in so that all guest are well informed.
In terms of the rooms, it was beautiful but I have when I remove the key card it will have a fee seconds before the lights when off… So that I can still see because its like pitch black during at night. And during the morning, I was woken up by people walking in the hall way. I hope that it can be somewhat soundproof so that the guest will not be disturbed during their stay.
I had a great breakfast. Very accommodating and Jolly when you enter the breakfast corner. Thanks to the nicest staff. Thanks to Jojo, Jean, Aivy, M.J and Karen.
