My stay for 3 nights was excellent , guys on the reception are great.
Abdulrahman , Areej and Sarah were so dedicated and helpful.
I think Areej is more than a receptionest her qualty is un seen for me for long time.

Amazing as usual. Very welcoming staff responding in no time to all requests. Special thanks to Mr Talaat and all front desk/reception team and Mr Yahia Elkhouly, Chef Yasser and all F&B team. Not to forget house keeping team always with a smile and warm attitude. Nice people creates the experience more than the place. Keep doing well and God bless you all.

So my company booked for my business stay King Deluxe room, upon areival at 1am unfortunately informed that they are fully booked and had to downgrade me to a double bed standard. I didn't mind and they apologised promising to move me to my actual booked King Deluxe by the time i returned the next day from my work. They said they will move my luggage to the new room by then and yet did not. To add on the dilemma the receptionist had no idea whatsoever of the incident even though i was reassured during breakfast that this will be settled upon my return. Bearing in mind also that the booking was supposed to be billed to the company that was already communicated to the reservation team, yet they made me pay it upon check-in. Dissatisfied and disappointed. Will avoid in the future.

Your concierge staff was more helpful rather than your frontdesk staff was not helpful at all, i just need 50sr change to small notes cause i want to use public transport, i was very upset with her response. This small things shows that your hotel have a very poor hospitality.

Hospitality and service are good. Renovation is really needed. Rooms smells humidity and bed sheets smells the same. Floor and wall tiles need to be changed. Please expedite the renovation before you start loosing more customers.
