So beautiful and peace place, staff are very friendly , and rooms are so tidy clean and quite. The hotel facilities also too good. I always love to go and stay Holiday Inn Gateway.

Review is being written while I am still in the Hotel. This is a good place to stay. The room is clean and well maintained, The bathroom is very clean and well ventilated. The restaurant downstairs serves edible food.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel's staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with modern amenities.
The restaurant at the hotel were outstanding.The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering variety of dishes and great start to kick start the day.
The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options.It is 5 mins away from the Mall of Arab.
Overall, my stay at Holiday Inn Gateway was a memorable and enjoyable experience.Thank you to the staff and management for providing such a great experience.

It was a great experience and we enjoyed here a lot. And i want to thanks Mr. Ahmed alghamdi in reception he was very sweet and polite. He is very helpful. Everything we asked and needed he made sure we got it on time. He’s an asset for this hotel. A big thanks to Mr. ahmed, Fully satisfied with the hotel.

An average place... It's not so good... corridors where having foul smell, is not clean... rooms were ok restaurant and coffee shop was one of the worst i have experienced recently. Service personnel are all helpful and well mannered
