In general I would say the hotel is very good and the staffs ,especially the receptionists are excellent. Hats off for the customer service. Rooms are good and the complementary breakfast is excellent. I am currently staying here for a few days and I had been here earlier too. Comparing my previous visit I do have a few comments. The cleanliness has gone down slightly. Carpets are stained at places and washroom also requires some maintenance. Toiletries have been reduced. Number of towels and simple shower toiletries reduced. With these slight improvements I would give them five stars and will recommend the hotel to anyone..

Ammar is very supportive and accommodating. My friends usually go to their coffee shop to have tea ☕️ because of the service. And very cozy place to stay
