We had a meeting with our community members. I am so impressed with the quality of service, level professionalism and arrangement done in so detailing.
I thank Mr Javed specially for his professional support and ensuring guests had a comfortable and impressive experience.
I highly recommend others to visit and have the excellent experience at Holiday Inn, Gateway, Jeddah and I request Management to consider and appreciate Mr Javed Iqubal for his good work.

The location for this hotel is not ideal unless you like getting a taxi everywhere you go. Also if your woman you better be a little pushy about using the poo. Pool was also cold and restaurant in room service are very expensive. Breakfast was not killer was average. Rooms are very nice but they could use an additional person at the check in counter. I would not stay there again due to the medicore location. I do understand why this hotel is number one on TripAdvisor because the rooms are very nice with good amenities in the room. To get anywhere you have to spend about 8 to $10 on a taxi.

Tremenda experiencia tuve alli, great hotel, great reception personel. I want to say a special thank to miss Saran and Miss Areej from the reception, they are they best, also Mr Tara was super helpfull. I will definitly come back and recommand this place. Thank you again and see you soon inchaAllah.
