Service and room as expected from a 5 star hotel. The incredible problem in my room was that there was no hot water! The technician arrived in a few seconds from my call but the only solution I was offered (twice!) was to run the hot water for 10 minutes and then eventually the water was lukewarm. Considering that there is a notice in the bathroom not to waste water this is unbelievable! Hilton should be doing better on the environmental side!

Great location.
we booked a two bedroom apartment. I absolutely loved the rooms, spacious, clean and the staff were very friendly.
We had one problem with the fridge in the kitchen was super loud but I wasn’t mad because the room was great.
The location is perfect if you have kids. All the nice kid friendly restaurants were near by. The mall was walking distance and had all the shops you puke ask for.
I will visit again soon!

The ambiance of the room is truly captivating, and perfectly blend of style and comfort.
The view from the outside is simply beautiful.
We had a fantastic experience thanks to the helpful and courteous staff of the hotel.🥰
And if you're in a mood for some shopping, you'll be happy to know the mall is really close to the hotel... the Granada Mall...

Tried Armenian Mediterranean cuisine, food tasted average.
