Great location on the Corniche. Staff are super friendly from the reception to the restaurant, especially Sensations restaurant shout out to head chef Saad, chef Mohamed, hostess Ms Heaven soo friendly and sweet and the food is always amazing. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Jeddah.

I was trying to book the dinner buffet for 4 to celebrate the birthday of my friend tonight (07 May 2023).
I called the restaurant serving the buffet and requested him if I could get a cake in advance and requested him to keep it until we walk in for dinner
In response, the hotel staff said (his name is Ahmed)- "If you will bring the cake from outside, we will charge you for the cake. I don't care if you will cancel the booking but you have to pay for the cake"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and he disconnected abruptly.
An excellent way to respond... Keep up the good work. A lovely way to respond to your clients.

We finished today a big event in dunyati ballroom. I can truly say that the service here and the professionalism is very high. Our banquet supervisor Mr. Wasem has been very helpful and helped us with last minute changes and requests. I highly recommend this hotel.

Appalling service and shocking condition of the shower.
There was no hot water available, the taps were broken on the shower and the drainage was blocked - resulting in the shower flooding into the bedroom. The "city view" was obscured by the filthy windows which had not been cleaned in ages. The bed is very comfortable but check-in and check out were unsatisfactory. When I asked to see The Manager I was told that no-one was available. Extraordinarily expensive and poor value hotel. This is the first negative review that I have ever written. I am a regular visitor to Jeddah and the location is convenient for our offices and The British Consulate. I will certainly find another hotel next time.

The hotel has great location to be by the waterfront walking.. nice and respectful staff.. variety of options for breakfast and it was so delicious.. and the lounge has an amazing view..
Thanks to Hussam who took care of our check in and assist us in our staying.. the room has an amazing sea view ?
