Beautiful rooms, great facilities, really good food and very friendly staff. The one issue is that their service is sometimes great and at other times simply doesn't follow through on the things you asked for. Not a deal breaker by any means, but a shame for such a lovely hotel. Will absolutely stay there again.

Everything is fine and good, from the bathroom, comfort of bedroom, food and drinks, to the hospitality. But there is something that is really annoying me from time to time and I wonder why they put it, the long decorated lamp that is swinging above the bed, you know sometimes you forget that it is above you and you hit it with your head. Thats what I really don’t like about this lamp. Everything else is very great.

A beautiful and very warm hotel with different personality and dazzling with the best details I enjoyed in my stay and the receptionists have a high spirit and service more than great.

A saudi traditional hotel with a very unique style, a 24-hour swimming on the roof and fantastic amenities. The traditional decoration is a pleasure to see in comparison with western style hotels we see 95% of hotel decorated with.
The 24-hour roof swimming pool, gymnasium, gaming room, and corner store in the hotel are great additions to the hotel.
The room smelt a bit when I entered, mostly because of Jeddah humidity, but a little bokhoor will go a long way when used.
