I lived in the hotel a year ago and it was excellent in all aspects. Unfortunately, I returned to live there. The cleanliness is bad. The staff service is bad. They don’t respond.

Google, you should give option to rate" 0"
They Don't accept any online booking, Reception person refused to check in and asked to cancel it, and get refund by talking to custom care.
The rooms lights were not working, Bathroom was Disgusting.
Bedsheets ,pillows , blankets are not Clean. Overall Very Very dirty.
Recent I went with my family, old age mother was with me, which was very bad Experience.
No kitchen service was there. But in Google it has.
Oyo's Employe, who had the worst behavior. I think he don't know how to talk with Clients. He roaming here and there. He looking like a worst Caretaker.
Don't book this #OYO""TOWNHOUSE330 DLF PHASE-2".....

The hotel is three stars. We took a room and a hall for 300. The hotel is quite old and close to everything in Al-Aziziyah and is convenient.

Very bad condition of rooms . Very dirty. If you booked this hotel & you're coming only at night . The manager gives your room on an hourly basis to other people without your knowledge. This happened to me. When I came at night I found my room very dirty & the bed is also not in a good shape. So pls see the condition of the rooms first . Don't book online.
