The hotel is very big and spacious. The reception was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are comfortable but sadly the bedroom floor and mat were not swept. The bathroom was clean and a normal small size. The buffet breakfast was good too.

The hotel is not qualified as rated.
It's a kind of 3 star Hotel.
The rooms will give old look and also they are not properly maintained.
I faced a door lock issue.
Also, if you call room service, they will not respond quickly.
It will be my first and last stay in Millinium M Hotel in Ibrahim Khalil Road.
You can easily find better and good hotel options in azizia at the same price.
I would suggest thinking before you choose this hotel.
The only benefit you would find is that it's in Ibrahim Khalil road

This hotel is amazing. This is my 5th stay.
The location is not much far, and the shuttle service is very good
The rooms are spacious and well cleaned
The receptionist Ala is very cooperative.
Highly recommended.

We stayed for a week. Very good hotel with a great ambiance; accessible by regular shuttle buses to and from haram every 15-20 minutes. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was okay. Pretty good place considering the value if you do not mind the distance from haram i.e. it's not within walking range.

I was going to give this place 4 stars but there was a non-stop alarm or something constantly going off in my room. It was unbearable and none of the staff understood English.
I stayed here for 6 days and I have no idea how this hotel is listed as a 5-star hotel on Google. It's an okay hotel with acceptable value, but the rooms do not look anything like what they show on their website and the bathrooms are so tiny. My knees touched the opposite wall when I was on the toilet (im 6'2"). The restaurant and prayer area are gorgeous and the stores in the lobby are amazing value, but the service is awful.
