My stay at Ascott exceeded all expectations.
The hotel's location in a luxurious area was absolutely perfect.
The housekeeping team, especially Masud and Sujan, provided exceptional care for the 2-bedroom hotel apartment with utmost professionalism and a positive attitude.
The reception staff and janitor were also excellent.
Overall, a five-star experience in every aspect.
I highly recommend Ascott for a truly remarkable hotel stay.

Looks great in the photos and with a good location.. but the ‘friendly’ staff are not helpful and the rooms are a big disappointment for the price! Avoid, unless you are not picky about room cleanliness and having breakfast!

My deposit of 1000 SAR was charged, not blocked (unlike in other hotels). It’s been more than a month, and I’m still waiting for my deposit back.
I’ve tried calling, I’ve tried writing to two different e-mails, and nothing… Bad customer service

This is my second time staying at this beautiful hotel and I can’t say more about how amazing the service is. Housekeeping is absolutely phenomenal. The associates at the breakfast restaurant are incredible. The rooms are extra comfortable and overall I will stay here time and time again. I am truly appreciated all the associates that helped make my staff, unforgettable. Thank you to the bellmen who literally always went above and beyond for me and to the staff that helped for the female gym. I’m so grateful for everyone here ! Thank you

Probably the best hotel in this location I have stayed in so far. The rooms are very generous, the beds are comfortable. I love that you get a whole water cooler instead of many small plastic bottles.
The bad: most rooms are smoking rooms and smell, I had to stay in one for two nights before I could finally move to a none smoking room.
The breakfast is fine but if you're looking for a latte or cappuccino, your answer will be "that's not included in your breakfast".
There is 24/7 construction all around the hotel.
Getting ubers was super easy from this hotel and the airport is just 20 mins away.
The pool is lovely, there are two pools, one for men and one for women.
