Loved to stay here! The room is very spacious with all the necessities for a bit long stay: kitchen, wash machine and etc.
Very friendly and helpful staff, especially luggage delivery staff who are always so helpful and kind. Cleaning service is excellent
Masud and Sujal did excellent job. You should definitely put it on top of list if you travel to Riyadh and play to stay a bit longer period. Thank you Ascott team! You did a fantastic job! One more thing to mention, if you’re lady, you will have chance to enjoy their roof top swimming pool! It’s so beautiful and has magnificent view overlook the city!😊👍

I had an incredible stay at Ascott Rafal Hotel thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Nadia, the receptionist. From check-in , Nadia's attentiveness and professionalism ensured that every aspect of my stay was perfect. She greeted me with a warm smile, answered all my questions, and even went out of her way to make special accommodations for me. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations in every way. I can't wait to visit again, knowing that I'll receive the same level of outstanding service from Nadia and the rest of the team. Highly recommended!

This service apartment is our in-between arrangements before we find a house for ourselves in this new country. After looking around many service apartments, we decided to call Ascott our temporary home for a few weeks as their room sizes are big, bright, and sparkling clean. Staff here is very courteous and always ready to help to make the stay comfortable. We appreciate all the extra support given by Mr. Vikas (housekeeping supervisor) in terms of providing extra cooking pan/silverware to make everyday cooking easy as our household is still in transit. Mr. Sabin, our apartment attendant, makes sure that our apartment is thoroughly cleaned and all the necessary supplies are refilled every day. Thanks to them for making our stay comfortable and transitioning easy to a new country.
P.S. The big advantage of this hotel is a separate fitness centre, swimming pool, and spa for ladies in their residence building, which is a must for a long-term stay.

The hotel is good, the staff is superb friendly and hardworking. I have been particularly impressed from sales personnel Mr. Bilal, who engaged with us in Riyadh and previously in Jeddah. He did a terrific job to satisfying our guest and are always willing to go for extra miles to keep thier Corporate Clients comfortable.

The room was immaculate, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed that provided a restful night's sleep. The hotel's facilities, including the gym and swimming pool, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. Additionally, the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with attentive service.
