"I had a truly exceptional stay at this hotel. The attention to detail and personalized service made me feel like a valued guest. I mean hotel is ok, reception is pretty good, such as services they are fine. But the noises outside everywhere day AND night that’s absolutely awful the entire room was shaking and couldn’t barely sleep.. Keep forgetting my laundry and having the need of each time claim it at the reception is a bit bad though. Still it would deserves a 3/4 rate without the noise! (And please get low this music on lobbies, eating room and in corridors)

Today i got checked out from this hotel. This Hotel is the best hotel i have ever visited. Service is very brilliant. The reception staff is very cooperative. They help me a lot. Housekeeping staff also have very good behavior and give good service. All the things are very professional and I am really impressed with it. I use the restaurant for breakfast and also restaurant services are also very professional and brilliant. Food is very good and yummy. I enjoy the meal. I prefer to come again to this hotel whenever i come to Riyadh city. Thanks to Swiss Spirit Staff for giving me brilliant service.

I stayed a week at this hotel for work. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they accommodated all my requests. Due to my irregular work hours they were happy to clean my room at any time throughout the day / evening.
Room was nicely furnished and bed was clean and comfortable. However some people might find the construction sites around the hotel noisy. It wasn't a problem for me though because once you close windows and use air con the noise is minimal.
Wifi was good in the room
All in all it was a pleasant stay... Thanks for all the hotel staff for making my stay enjoyable
