This is my second time staying at this beautiful hotel and I can’t say more about how amazing the service is. Housekeeping is absolutely phenomenal. The associates at the breakfast restaurant are incredible. The rooms are extra comfortable and overall I will stay here time and time again. I am truly appreciated all the associates that helped make my staff, unforgettable. Thank you to the bellmen who literally always went above and beyond for me and to the staff that helped for the female gym. I’m so grateful for everyone here ! Thank you

Probably the best hotel in this location I have stayed in so far. The rooms are very generous, the beds are comfortable. I love that you get a whole water cooler instead of many small plastic bottles. The bad: most rooms are smoking rooms and smell, I had to stay in one for two nights before I could finally move to a none smoking room. The breakfast is fine but if you're looking for a latte or cappuccino, your answer will be "that's not included in your breakfast". There is 24/7 construction all around the hotel. Getting ubers was super easy from this hotel and the airport is just 20 mins away. The pool is lovely, there are two pools, one for men and one for women.

I had a fantastic stay at Ascott Rafal Hotel in Riyadh. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The hotel's amenities, from the pool to the dining options, were impressive. The location is convenient too, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend the Ascott Rafal Hotel for a memorable stay in Riyadh.

The great hotel with the best staff Bappi, Rajindra, Owais engineering staff Muhammad Sadaqat. I stayed here for a month and didn’t find any issues at all. The staff is professional and cooperative. I would recommend staying there with a family will be an excellent experience.

Rooms, Food, Overall services were great. Staff was very Friendly. Except 1 thing which annoyed me a lot was that I was charged almost 300SAR for faulty washing machine door lock. I understand machine door got stuck during my stay, But I only used the machine twice on the day before I left the hotel. I am not sure why I had to pay for it when I only used it couple of times, its not like I was given brand new machine on arrival or 3-6 monthly Washing machine maintenance/inspection record saying its in perfectly working order.
