I am really disappointed the hotel does *not* have a working gym. Just a small room with some equipment that is not in working condition. During my stay in March 2024, there were multiple construction sites immediately next door with noise starting at 6:00am. Similarly, the pool is not really usable. Very small with near-zero surrounding space, immediately next to the restaurant window.
On the flip side, my room was spacious with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. I like that there is private and free parking in the basement. There is also decent, included breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location and the service was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly especially Badriyah and Nehal thank you❤️

Well maintained place.
Rooms were neat and clean.
Buffet breakfast menu items were limited.
Overall good experience.

The hotel is amazing .. 5 stars can’t describe the quality of it ..Thanks for Nihal she was very professional and polite,the check in and check out was very fast and nice .. the room is so nice so luxury so clean and comfortable

Many thanks to Nihal she’s such a nice lady. she’s is considerate, serving people with smile and never says no. During my visit I’ve noticed that in the morning elevators are hard to catch I think because staff and residents use the same elevator ,so there should be a schedule for that. Another thing is the underground parking, it’s horrible so small and narrow do not go down there, park your car anywhere but don’t go down I almost got stuck there.
