Presently staying at this hotel. The most pathetic experience I’ve ever had at any hotel. Small and dingy rooms. Bathrooms are equally small and claustrophobic. Extremely rude staff, do not help guests. The feel of the hotel is uneasy and like some cheap quality lodge. Booked this hotel through Atlas tours and Travels Mumbai on their recommendation. Totally disappointed that such a reputed travel agency recommended such a pathetic hotel. Please do not book this hotel even if you get it for free.

Great location. Rooms are nice and big. Service is really good. We were getting out the taxi and immediately people were helping with our bags. However, breakfast isn’t that great. Lots of stale and old items.

Stay away from this hotel. The hotel is dingy. Elevators are always crowded. Beds are wobbly. Service is the worst. You can ask the front desk for help, but they won't send help. We stayed there for 7 days and had 2 rooms. My mom's room had water dripping dripping from the ceiling. We told the front desk at least 4-5 times. Then someone finally came to take a look the day before we left. The only person who was helpful was our housekeeping person. He made sure we got everything we needed.

The hotel has a great location and thats it. We had to book multiple rooms to accommodate all family memebers. They ended up giving us all separate rooms on different levels. They got broken bathrooms. Slow elevators. Dirty bedsheets. Tiny small beds. We wanted to checkout the first night but had wait for the manager until next morning who refused to do anything for us. We just wanted to refund and book another hotel but the guy just refused. Save your time and money and make your life better and go somewhere else.

We stayed here for nights. We had 2 old people aged 65+ with us. Firstly we were put on 2 different floors. In One of the rooms the bathroom light kept blowing out and the roof was leaking. They agreed to change the room for us and the new room had no hot water and at times there was no water at all. The sockets and furniture is broken and worn out. The hotel is useless for the amount of money you pay. The lifts are always busy and crowded. When we tipped the potter he tells us its not enough money and tells us to give him more. The only upside was the breakfast and the quick reception service. Apart from that really really disappointing. More of a motel then a hotel. Rather stay in a 5 star hotel nearby for nearly the same price.
