It’s cheap but the beds are a bit uncomfortable and the bathrooms aren’t that clean. The food is bad and overpriced. It’s close to Masjid Al-Nabawi and overall a decent area. If you are looking for cheap decent place to stay, this is the one.

By location it's one of the best in town. Near to Bin Dawood or other interesting places. I have travelled to other parts of Asia, Europe, Africa, n North America, and to me this is one of the worst room I ever stayed in. The carpet is just filthy, the housekeeper needed to be reminded to change the towels n empty the bins, n also we didnt get enough keycards at the beginning so we had to get to to receptions for each of us. A day before we checked out, I asked for fresh towel, the housekeeper probably in bad mood said that he was out n offered me used ones. Wow.

Service not prompt,i have to called housekeeping again and again then they sent the guy for cleaning the room. Housekeeping staff are Arrogant. Kindly educate them how to present themselves for customers
