The hotel security doesnt follow their own time. Gym is supposed to be open at 6:00 however every time i have to call staff and the guy comes un apologetically. 15 mins wasted. Club lounge is totally not worth it. Staff open and close at any time they wish . Day 1 at 9:15 pm club eas closed. The snack options are so limited and the staff there is more like police. " please wait until i check" tea and coffee is served in disposable cups .

Very bad experience ?
They have to make a training for their team to be more responsible and professional
They stopped cleaning the room after 9.30pm and the laundry taken long time to finish your clothes..
The don't answer the your call easily..
I'm very upset ? about my stay.

Stayed at Rosh Rayhaan Rotana for 5 nights at the end of June 22, and was very pleased by the location, rooms, service, and breakfast buffet. The Front desk employee, Sarah, was very helpful and resolved my complaint and change the room from one with no windows (why exist?) to a much brighter one. Room service was always up to the higher standards of the industry, matching the brand's reputatation. Big variety in breakfast that you cannot not enjoy.. a pleasure to stay there

Nice hotel and good service. The iftar is good but the organization of food location must be different. Meeting rooms are good and the coffee break was nice.

Everything was great, clean room , friendly staff , great check in and check out valet parking was awesome as well, reasonable price compare to the 5 star service, breakfast fast was great with a lot of options. Smiley faces every where
Literally I have enjoyed my stay thank you guys
