During my eight-night stay, I found the Chef, Ashraful Islam, and the waiter, Monic, to be extremely pleasant and generous, contributing to a delightful breakfast experience. While the room space was comfortable, the view, regrettably, did not meet the high standards of a five-star accommodation. Nevertheless, I appreciate the professionalism exhibited by the hotel staff, which made my stay quite pleasant.

Had a great time, right from check in till check out. Rooms in the hotel are spacious, clean and pleasant. The hotel offers luxurious guest services and in-room dining service. Will recommend to my friends and families.

The entire staff is very hospitable. The rooms are always perfectly clean. The breakfast buffet has a good amount of choices. The staff is lovely and helpful and specially Housekeeking Team was more very helpful and i would like to Thanks Mr Rakib room service . Lovely hotel overall

Eugene from the concierge team was very helpful and professional. he truly represents the 5 star services of such a great brand as Rotana. Very polite and truly understands customer services, he made me feel such a valued guest to the hotel. The reception team were also very porefessional and helpful at all time

This is an excellent hotel. I have stayed for almost 2 weeks for work related purposes. Location is great, and I loved the people home service and sport actitivites they are very helpful, polite and know how to deal with customers.
Happy to come again and I strognly suggest it.
