During my recent visit to 56th Avenue, I had the pleasure of being served by (Irfan). I must say that their exceptional service made my lunch experience truly memorable.
Also, I'de like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the person at the reception of who served the Saudi coffee. His warm hospitality and attention to detail truly made a difference.

what should I say about this restaurant. It has destroyed two days of mine!
First day I followed the location and it's wrong! The restaurant is no longer in kafd and shifted to Hyatt regency on Olaya road.
Second day, I still tried and ended up at the right location and the waiters doesn't speak in English
4 waiters came to check and none of them confirmed if entertainer works.
After waiting for 40 mins, they asked me to leave as entertainer doesn't work and seems like it's just there?!!
Never even thinking of getting near this restaurant again

I was there for a lunch buffet. All good. Nice service. But keep in mind that sparkling water is chargeable and VAT is not included.

As a start the the location of the restaurant in google map is wrong , it is in hyatt regency olaya , but in the google maps the location in KAFD. Food was okay , service is slow , the vibe of the place is very dull and old. The price compared to service and quality of food is high. And finally the packaging of the take-away food is miserable.

I went along with friends, I ordered Beef Brisket, there was no taste in beef and it was more like you are having the sauce with beef on side. My friend had salmon which wasn't well seasoned. Another friend of mine ordered a burger and it came with fries. On top of that they have listed themselves on entertainer but they don't accept it and the prices mentioned in the menu are excluding 15% VAT. I have barely seen a restaurant in Saudi mentioning prices excluding VAT.
