The hotel itself is really nice. Modern while still blending in a lot of local elements. The lobby and the central atrium are grand and give you a really welcoming feel.
The rooms are descent too, but no windows. If you are like me and like to look out once in a while, this is not your place. There is a small standing balcony, but unusable given the weather.
Restaurant is really nice, if you have breakfast included in your booking, you will love it. Wide spread with very warm service.
Location is on a main road, but gets really busy in the eveinings. Getting into the hotel can sometimes take 15 mins from the point you can see it. Nothing walkable around, although it wouldn't matter if it's summer.
Front desk can do better, but rest of the staff is quite well trained and courteous

The hotel should get reward for the worst hotel ever. I had event at this hotel on Feb 2023. and they success to ruin everything and to make it worse, i had to chase the hotel for 3 month to refund my money back, honestly this place and the employees doesn't know anything about hospitality standards or communication. From the sales team, events, finance up to GM no one helped, and no one managed to fulfill any of their promises.
I totally recommend the hotel to whoever want to live a nightmare or lose their business and clients.

Super. The large apartment was so big it was almost labyrinth sized! Really enjoyed the stay and the view was almost panoramic from up on high.
It’s a nice view in and of itself but more importantly you get to see how bad traffic is before venturing out and if you’re not familiar with the living hell that is Riyadh traffic, trust me - a good look out the window before setting out really does make a difference as Google is slow, Waze is blind and Apple Maps doesn’t even try to give you directions.
Great staff, ample parking, will stay again.

Pretty sure I’m staying in a different hotel to most of the other reviewers. I’m sure back in the 80s this was top of the pile. Nothing has been done since it’s opening by the looks of things however. It’s not just dated. It’s prehistoric. The rooms are just horrible dark shells. The windows might as well not exist
The gym is bizarre. It’s part of an external health club but in dire need of renovation with odd dated equipment.
All the staff are super nice and helpful but everything else is just horrible. Perhaps a 3* hotel but with 5* prices.

Excellent customer service. Very clean. Super friendly. Impressive buffets. All in all a 5 out of 5 experience. Great hospitality. I cannot express how comfortable the atmosphere is. They have a super cute Starbucks in the Lobby and a parfum store.

They have 2 swimming pools one in the hotel building which is for men only and the other in the apartments building which is shared and women have special times they can use it. However, when we were in the pool during women-only time, two men came in, saw us and went to the gym that overlooks the pool. We were so shocked as they were not supposed to be there. We couldn’t move or do anything because they would see us. Luckily, I had my phone with me so I called the hotel and asked them to bring someone to get them out. The funny thing is that they sent a lady and another man! He went to the gym and got those men out.
