Excellent location .
Very cramped musty rooms.
NOOO room cleaning for the entire week
Not even towel change
Requested everyday...
Bathrooms needs attention

Hotel looks good and near to MASJID-E-NABAWI.
but MOST WORST service and there is no any supervisor or manager to take care of the customer request. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Dirty rooms.

Bedroom furniture need to be replaced it bed ?️ was very old and back pain I love to see next time a new updated furniture ? with new bathroom . Shower ?
