Such a pathetic hotel. Room is so smelly. When complain about this, receptionist said we cant do any thing, toilets are rusty, water get stuck in the sink. We are here with the kids they have no continental breakfast to eat. Most of the time the things are finished. Rooms are very small beddings are dirty. When call for the room service no one comes. Very bad experience. never recommend anyone to come here.

Nusk old one 7/4/24 afternoon after asr The rooms are very small. Location is good but I had a very bad feel of their reception staff. They are more concerned about their sofas than to behave respectfully with their customers. I saw their supervisor with his team of cleaners harassing and misbehaving with a 5 year small boy just because he touched his sleepers on one of their sitting chair in the lobby which is meant to be used by customers.

Definitely not 4 star more like 2 star. Cramped rooms nothing working power points in wrong place bathrooms too small sink leaking toilet seats broken on all of our rooms (3rd floor) not clean at all. Telephone system not working. No safe in room. On two occasions found the door open on return from haram. Beds very uncomfortable. Ac not very good. In need of renovation asap.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! Would give this 0 stars if i could . First of all, they only give you one room card which is inconvenient if you are staying in a quad room with multiple people. The corridors and rooms have a distinct old disgusting and smell. The toilet door DOESN'T SHUT forget lock . The hotel is very outdated and the overall mood is very weird. There is a kettle in the room but without any cups , tea , coffee, sugar etc. Why have a kettle when there is nothing to pour the boiled water into. The pictures online are very deceiving. Just please don't make effort to come to this slum.

I booked this hotel for my family and I booked Quad room which inappreciable. We can feel Mattress springs and all Mattresses are sagged to one side, even we can’t sleep properly. The manager of the hotel was rude. He don’t want to listen anything. Reception staff hang the call while if I am complaining about anything. They mentioned this is 4 stars hotel but I can’t give them more than 2 stars. Staff never came to clean the room. I ask the guy for Toilet roll and he said only 1 roll is allowed. I stay for 5 days and Bedding is changed once which I call the guy and request it. No tea cups, No sugar and no tea bags was in the room. Worst experience and I will never booked again.
