21 days stay was an wonderful experience .Attentive, caring, professional and friendly staff who provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. A special mention to Mujib the chef without whom the morning break fast would have not been completed & reception Hanna for their approaching nature, soft skill and going out of the box only to ensure the customer feels the difference. Great rooms, fully serviced hotel.

Had a wonder stay here.ALL the staff here are so so so welcoming & very helpful especially Ahmed the supervisor who helped me with my special catering needs. He was so patient and gave me the best advise. Will definitely come back again.

Rooms are avarage quality but clean. Hotel is next to airport. They have free shuttle to city center but it does not have enough frequency. You need to wait long for the next shuttle. Breakfast was good. They also offer free dates as complimentary in reception.

The worst mattress ever, I couldn't sleep well and end up with back pain.
The location is far away from the centre but next to the airport. The staff were nice but couldn't do anything with the mattress, they apologised to me and showed me empathy. But the pain gained from the mattress is nightmare.

I’ve been to motels that way too better than this so called a “hotel”
Very unprofessional and uncooperative, make you feel like if you’re staying in for free…
Having an issue with the AC unit not cooling and making noise which will be uncomfortable to make you have a pleasant and quiet rest after a long day of travel!
Maintenance only came in to turn off and on the unit… what a close up check up!!!
Would never suggest it and hopefully I don’t have to end up in here again ^_^
No hard feelings, it’s just an honest review.
