It is not a 5 stars hotel. The WiFi is no working, the building is old so are all the furniture in the room. I stayed there several time (for work), more then once my room was not properly clean. The check in process is extremely slow.
The staff is nice and helpful, but can not compensate for such a disaster.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are very friendly, and also thank you work well with guests Mr. Nasser, an exceptional location to the international airport (at close range), and the food is fairly good. The rooms are comfortable and clean

Everything is perfect room very clean quite breakfast amazing and they have shuttle bus every pray to harm and all team polite especially abdel aziz el bokhary in reception he is very polite and helpful of course I will be back soon

One of the best hotels I had visited. Very helpful and Great staff , specially Mr. Ahmad Al Harbi, Mr. Hattan and Mrs Fatima Al Hamid. Great thanks for all.

I stayed there as a crew. There is nothing in the crew lounge only bad coffee and tea. Breakfast is like 3 star hotel. There is no even majhool and good quality coffee. Last but not least, the hotel did not make me wake up call, which they have to do.
