The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, amazing restaurant, breakfast was one of the best and high quality service. Haram Mosque and Market accessible by 3 mins walk! Amazing place to stay and enjoy your religious tour with family! Definitely recommended! Good value for money ?

Stunning hotel very beautiful, modern and clean. Nice friendly staff and a 2 minute walk from Masjid Al Haram. They do a great breakfast, too, with lots of variety. Lots of shops within walking distance. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 2 nights in the beginning and then after coming back from Madinah and all I can say is I absolutely love this hotel. Firstly, the service here is amazing. The staff is extremely welcoming and hospitable and also very accommodating. Secondly, the location is just amazing. Take the elevator to C1 and there you have haram. They also have very nice shops and food courts you can check out. Since we came from the US we needed an adapter and they provided it to us no problem. We also had a lot of luggage and they offered to hold it for us when we left for Madinah. Amazing Amazing Amazing!! I will always come back here Inshallah

I stayed here this Hajj season with my mom and sisters. I'm extremely pleased with the warm attitude of the staff from housekeeper to receptionists. Always ready to assist. The location is only a few steps away from gate 79 of Haram and the new expansion. It's connected to mall underneath it which also offers food selection (though i find quite limited compared to clock tower area). The main plus point for me is even when it's fully booked, it's not densely packed with human (again comparing with clock tower area). So it's a rather peaceful journey going to haram and returning to your room. Price of room was the same with or without breakfast. Wish they have more variety of asian meals (fried rice? Fries noodles?) though the meal choices may already reflect their customers demographic. If I'm returning to Makkah, Insha Allah Hyatt Regency will be my top choice for accommodation.
