When we entered, no one is welcoming, it seems all are talking with each other.
There was a coffee bar. No guest at all, not sure!
Seems not appealing!
One service member on the lower level restaurant recommended the Spanish one, after entering, no single guest! The display was not looking appealing!
Not sure I would return! Location definitely top! But the rest seems - simple not appealing.

The best hotel in Riyadh. Great breakfast service and nice clean modern rooms. Good for business travellers and families alike. Good service by the concierge and front desk. Great gym space and spa facilities too

Can't say bout the rooms and overall service and facilities of the hotel, which is probably okay given it being an international chain and all, but had meal at its 56 avenue american diner. Food generally fine and served very large and generous portion. Service at the restaurant also great

Fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency! The hotel combines luxury with high-tech for a comfortable and seamless experience. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent amenities. Highly recommended!
