Centrally located in the business part it has nice new rooms, even though they were a bit small the rooms had everything you would need and if you take the upper floor rooms you will get a great view over the city right from your bed. Brunch was also very extensive, staff and service in general was always friendly and helpful at any time of the day or night. Hotel has most likely the best ratio in terms price / quality.

Located on the main street of Kingdom Tower. It gives easy access to Riyadh downtown.
The staff is super helpful and very easygoing.
Breakfast is absolutely a must.
Definitely will come back again.

Their breakfast is good, they have a chef called “Mina” I guess who makes the best chicken soup and cheese Konafa. ?
The staff by the gate and valet are very friendly and kind.
The gym is also really nice!

This is my second visit to this hotel.
Well, manager. Covers all basic expectations. The restaurant could offer a bit more variety than burgers - but a lot to be explored in the neighborhood
