The service at this hotel is extremely good. I was here for about 62 days and Mufeed who serviced my room did an amazing job, he was always super helpful with everything I needed. 10/10 stars. Thank you, I hope to see you next year again.

Horrible. Fraud! The hotel overcharged me, they first suggested I could just visit for free in the future. I said, no put the refund on the credit card you over charged. They then asked for personal banking info. I said, no put it back on the card you over charged and left for airport. I get several emails saying they can only refund to my bank, which I repeatedly say, no refund my credit card. I then call Hilton Honors for help, while on phone they agree to refunding my credit card and will have it accomplished in 10-20 minutes. They just emailed me again, saying sorry, but we need your bank info and it will take several days ! Don’t trust them, don’t stay here!

It’s clean, and has great location. What I really don’t understand that king rooms do not have bathtubs! But twin bed rooms do have! Also, pool time for women is from 11 am to 1 pm. It is very short and too early.

The hotel is relatively new, opened 2 years ago and still very well maintained as if it is brand new. The team is amazing l, they are very welcoming and helpful. The management is always present and trying to keep the customer welcomed and happy. Special thanks to Ms Hatoon and Mr Omar from the management for their care and close follow up on all details.
