Wonderful stay at Hilton Garden. Breakfasts were unbelievable (custom omelets, 6-7 other hot food options from veggies to halal sausages to country-specific breakfasts, full fruit and salad bar, plenty of snacks, hot and cold drinks, and more).
A special thanks to Mr. Abdel, the receptionist at the breakfast buffet. Abdel greeted me each morning with a smile, a kind conversation, and personalized services at breakfast to ensure I felt calm and ready to tackle the work day.
You can't go wrong with this Hilton outlet in Riyadh!

I rated the Service section with three stars because of the very weak internet (constantly interrupted). The staff is excellent, in special the wonderful cleaning man Audaid on the 7th floor. This man made my days more beautiful by taking care of my room down to the smallest detail and having an extraordinary behavior. Cheers, Audaid! Thank you so much, brother!

The service at this hotel is extremely good. I was here for about 62 days and Mufeed who serviced my room did an amazing job, he was always super helpful with everything I needed. 10/10 stars.

Horrible. Fraud! The hotel overcharged me, they first suggested I could just visit for free in the future. I said, no put the refund on the credit card you over charged. They then asked for personal banking info. I said, no put it back on the card you over charged and left for airport. I get several emails saying they can only refund to my bank, which I repeatedly say, no refund my credit card. I then call Hilton Honors for help, while on phone they agree to refunding my credit card and will have it accomplished in 10-20 minutes. They just emailed me again, saying sorry, but we need your bank info and it will take several days !
Don’t trust them, don’t stay here!

It’s clean, and has great location. What I really don’t understand that king rooms do not have bathtubs! But twin bed rooms do have!
Also, pool time for women is from 11 am to 1 pm. It is very short and too early.
