Firstly, rooms are quite small with little space to move around. The bed is extremely firm/hard and the lights in my room seemed to be moody, turning off n on randomly which was really irritating especially when trying to sleep. I had tried to report this to reception and they said they were sending an engineer which never happened on the first night I experienced this problem. The second evening I got a call from a manager I guess who wanted to check if everything was fine. Told him what happened and he said he would like to offer some compensation (dinner)… which was a nice gesture. I told him I was too tired to go to the restaurant (barely slept the previous night given the light issue) and he said no problem, you can avail in your room… he then called to say he was sending a voucher. So I called for room service. They didn’t accept the voucher so I ended up paying for the dinner he offered to compensate. Frankly I sleep better , have less issues, and get better service at Aloft which is probably why I’ve got titanium elite loyalty with Bonvoy and not as loyal to Hilton but this experience will probably make me avoid booking ever again!

Mashallah, the hotel is beautiful and clean, its location is excellent, the service is fast and the staff are pleasant, but you cannot move between floors unless you have a private card for the room number and the same floor as yours. The room view is beautiful The reception staff are very helpful. I recommend staying there , when I come and visit Riyadh , I always stay in Hilton Garden Inn ♥️?

Smelly rooms, no matter how much housekeeping staff try to clean, all rooms stink! The room literally smelt as if there was a dead rat under the bed. I complained on various occasions, they blasted the AC to freezing cold and sprayed air fresheners(very toxic) to cover the smell! Despite all the above, The restaurant downstairs is nice, the staff are friendly “Mariam” was very helpful and Ibrahim made a great dairy free coffee

Wonderful stay at Hilton Garden. Breakfasts were unbelievable (custom omelets, 6-7 other hot food options from veggies to halal sausages to country-specific breakfasts, full fruit and salad bar, plenty of snacks, hot and cold drinks, and more). A special thanks to Mr. Abdel, the receptionist at the breakfast buffet. Abdel greeted me each morning with a smile, a kind conversation, and personalized services at breakfast to ensure I felt calm and ready to tackle the work day. You can't go wrong with this Hilton outlet in Riyadh!

I rated the Service section with three stars because of the very weak internet (constantly interrupted). The staff is excellent, in special the wonderful cleaning man Audaid on the 7th floor. This man made my days more beautiful by taking care of my room down to the smallest detail and having an extraordinary behavior. Cheers, Audaid! Thank you so much, brother!
