The resort experience fell short of expectations, resembling more of a 3-star hotel rather than the luxurious 5-star retreat we anticipated, especially considering the hefty $2000 per night price tag. Regrettably, our requests for an extra blanket and an E-bike required three reminders each, highlighting a concerning lack of promptness in service. When you order something you will always get something different from what you asked for which highlights very poor communication skills from the . The shuttle service to the Cinema further disappointed, keeping us waiting for 30 minutes only to provide a small car that could accommodate only four people instead of the requested 6-seater. This resulted in a frustrating 50-minute delay, causing us to miss half of the movie. To compound the dissatisfaction, the outdoor movie theater's projector exhibited notably poor resolution. At the checkout we had to wait for 35mins for someone to pick up our luggage. When we got to the reception they didn’t even bother to ask us about how our stay went showing how amateur their customer service aspect is. I must acknowledge the redeeming aspects of the natural scenery and the pool, as well as the commendable restaurant, warranting a one-star rating for each.

Note: don't follow Google map... if you think you're there, keep driving a bit more (second roundabout, find a big sign) Caravan by Habitas Rooms, perfect for the purpose Food (breakfast tent, perfect, a bit late sometimes) Lovely atmosphere The movement between the caravans and the main gate is a bit slow (golf carts) and bumpy, walking could be better (luggage are moved using a separate golf cart). Fun to find out all the small details in the caravan.

My stay at Habitas Al-Ula, Saudi Arabia, located in the breathtaking Ashar Valley was nothing short of a dream. The 5-star hotel’s has an iconic pool nestled within a stunning rock formation landscape, set against the backdrop of Al-Ula Valley, a visual masterpiece. The Celestial Room, where I stayed, was a luxurious haven with every detail thoughtfully crafted. The outdoor seating area allows you to unwind and stare at the stars at night.The welcoming ceremony and reception were filled with genuine warmth, making me feel truly valued. Exploring the surroundings on the electric bikes provided a unique and exhilarating experience, allowing me to soak in the beauty of the valley. The diverse activities offered, from swings to trampolines, added a playful touch to the serene environment. The culinary journey was a delight for the senses, with each dish surpassing my expectations. The thoughtful touches, like the ice cream truck, added an extra layer of charm to the experience. Every aspect ofHabitas Al-Ula reflects a commitment to excellence, creating an unforgettable destination that truly captivates the soul. An amazing retreat that will linger in my memory and calls me to come back.

The hotel is wonderful. Amazing location, service. The view from the pool is breathtaking and the daily activities are really worthy. The trampolines are a must go. Also, highlights to our friend Mohsin from the pool: extremely nice, kind, polite and helpful - always bringing us towels and even robe when we were cold! Unfortunately the experience wasn’t perfect because on the very last day (2 Dec) we were taking pictures from us at the pool and a rude security guard came being impolite and telling us to stop taking pictures of other guests - when clearly I was standing in front of my camera taking pictures of me (I would never take pictures of others). At least Mohsin was around and came to talk to us to apologize on behalf of the other person. In any case, the behavior of this security guard towards a guest is not acceptable!

Everything is perfect.. staff is great .. the view is unbelievable .. rooms are awesome.. so much fun .. Why 4 starts ??? Restaurant is just not up to the standard of the whole experience...
