The hotel is fantastic, high-end design and quality, amazing facilities. Service level is best quality. the location is the best in AlUla. Spa services and the rock pool are an experience itself. Unfortunately only one restaurant was open, and the prices there are a bit too high for what you get. We will be back!

The most disappointing service I’ve ever experienced. Staff is rude and boorish, not helpful at all. They treat you as if you owe them. I have never seen this kind of attitude at any luxury resort. Food is poor. An absolute loss of time and money. Avoid this place by all means.

Absolutely amazing hotel, and highly recommended staying there.
why only 4 stars
- the main pool is broken since october last year with no indication of when it will be fixed. and the pool clearly is a feature that one would like to use. and no notice about that online. they let you use the pool of another hotel, but still. we didn’t mind that much, since we had our own pool villa, but still
- 60USD for a burger… i mean burger was good, but was it that good? and i think it was one of the cheapest items in the menu
- for the price of the hotel, i would expect to have dinner included as well.
but overall, amazing location, amazing rooms, very highly recommended.

The prices are gone completely crazy. Eventually they will realize too late when people will not be able to afford their resort. Their r no services on site for visitors. No cycles to hire or any kind of activities. I have stayed with them 3 times in 2years. The villas are nice because of the location.

Banyan Tree is one of the best resorts my wife and I ever stayed at! It’s just very serene, clean and luxurious! To top it off, it was my wife’s birthday and I called for them to have something special for her in the room for when we arrive and they went over and beyond with cake, flowers, rose petals on the floor and bed and a lot more! Banyan Tree Al Ula is just amazing! Highly recommended A++++++++++
