It was a very great experience. The food, drinks and staff was amazing. Nice view and atmosphere between the mountains. Special thanks to Rawaa at Tama for her welcoming and made us feel like home.

Some staff were discriminating. We were treated as if we couldn't afford to be there. Even taking the restroom, they were questioning us. Some of us were also not allowed to buy coffee or even sit in the bar. It was a really bad experience. Nevertheless, the place was awesome except for the service experience.

The service is very bad. As a tourist we came to enjoy the beautiful place in habitas hotel unfortunately the staff told us not to take pictures near in the swimming pool were in fact we only captured the beautiful stone for instagrammed not the people. It is not worth it for our payment as a tourist. We only eat in the restaurant we did not enjoy the beauty around. And the staff is keep following us even in the comfort room. Too bad at all. Next time please give a place for a tour for the tourist.

We went there for day tour, the staffs are welcoming but the service is bad, even the food is not good, super expensive not worth the money?The view is amazing but we cannot even take pictures, we cannot enjoy being tourist and always telling us not allowed to take pictures. They keep following us, even in the comfort room, telling us to use quickly?. 5 star hotel but the services are sooo bad.

This is my favorite hotel in Saudi Arabia, the best concept out there, set on Ashar velly a great location and concept mimicking Burning Man, the staff here makes it even more fun and comfy to stay here. Also the pool view is outstanding.
