Its 5/5. Prices are high but the experience you get is memorable. You stay in the heart of Alula awsome nature, away from noise. You live very unique moments and very different from any other traditional resorts. Love the place and will come again and again.

The location is far from town, and the access road is not safe. Maraya can't be accessed if you don't have a reservation (it has to be done thru Alula App, which is not working sometimes).
The business model and the hotel's staff are oriented that you spend (restaurant and Moon Shell cafe have a minimum consumable charge, US 25 in the cafe, and 35 in the restaurant). Then, when you order one item from the menu, not all is available.
The rooms are comfortable but are far from the lobby, and from facilities (there are bikes availability, and you are responsible for any issue or accident)

Amazing place and geography is adding more colours to it. The place is beyond words. All things are very spacious and great. Fahad their man at reception is excellent human. Good work by entire team

This resort is absolutely beautiful. Amazing scenery. Everything about it was incredible.
Unfortunately there are a few things to be made aware while staying. Service is really really slow and non attentive. Everyone is really nice but you'll be waiting forever to get served and someone to check up on you.
Also, book taxi services to get anywhere. Even from the camp to old town. It is significantly cheaper than using the hotel car, and the taxis are really nice and clean inside.
Had a beautiful stay there all in all.

Hotel with thousands of memories, where our life began, from the most mesmerized hotel in al ula, to the vacation of our life... thanks to the family of habitas al ula for creating this beautiful trip, the whole team is amazing, they worked hard even before the proposal until the day we left, the team upgraded our room and that was another level of beauty of the habitas homes… All the services offered are taken care of in detail, we will always be grateful and habitas will always have a place in our heart and memory
