What I liked: The hotel looks beautiful with the villas scattered around the premises. The room is spacious. The pool is beautiful. Nice art installations adding to the identity of the hotel. The wellness center and activities are superb. I would go back again just to enjoy the wellness activities. The staff are very hospitable What I didn’t like: Location is far from the city center making it difficult to get transportation. Food and beverage need major work as the options are limited. Breakfast was below average and snack options are limited on the pool. Room/bed had mosquitoes which made it difficult to have a good night sleep. While the staff are very hospitable, service needs enhancement.

Very clean and nice hotel.... The pool has amazing views. I visited the swing area. The resturant food is amazing, and their breakfast was so delicious. If you want to take good pictures at the pool make sure you get ther early morning like 7:30 to 8am. Pool area is always empty at those times.

We were a group of 6pp (4 rooms) and we all had the worst experience ever. We travelled over 25 hours to arrive to an underwhelming experience. Our room rate was over 1k a night, so we have a bit of an expectation to some luxury as it is 5 star resort, but the level of service/staff is very low and inexperienced. We understood that they are relatively new to the tourism industry, but it very evident. Considering this is a Habitas group, you would expect the owner to ensure the staff is well trained, but even the management staff is just as incompetent. There were endless issues, from the check in to the check out and we were also overcharged. Good luck getting your refund or credit back if they make an error as they have no clue how to even credit back your credit card or even do a wire transfer. I waited 3 months and I still have not received anything. Overall, this hotel has a lot of training to do if they want to be a 5 star resort they claim to be . The Banyan tree next to them has way better service and know ho to treat their guests.

Very nice hotel in the middle of Ashar valley among the amazing terracotta rocks. The staff is slow at times, you need to ask for 2-3 times until you get what you want. Room cleaning is very good. Food is something they need to work on. Menu is quite limited (in all the place) too much deef fried food and very little fish and vegetarian options. At the food trucks the staff is running around like the house is on fire and forgetting everything. The food choice is quite limited as well. Milkshakes really need to be worked on. The furniture at the reception and especially the sunbeds by the pool really need to be restored, as every time you sit on them you can feel your body crushing into the wooden frame. The hotel has a very nice choice of activities. I cannot say they are somewhat great, but thats a nice touch. I can point out some employees that actually made my day every time i came across them - it Ismail at the reception, a very professional waitress Laura at the pool area and super sweet lady at the welcoming coffee stand (this one specifically) who always smiles and offers you drinks or nibbles every time.

Resort is situated in the middle of the desert, very welcome staff, Ismail the reception gay offering us a VIP tour of the Resort. The driver Bright took us with a go-kart to visit all the resorts. The view is amazing all around you can see the unusual magnificent mountains shapes
