Frontel Al Harithia Hotel

The staff are very helpful and service is great but the hotel itself isn’t anywhere near 5 star quality (they charge you if you want additional water) and the facilities aren’t up to 5 star standards. At most I would give it a 3 star. Location is great and very convenient for family as it is close to ladies gate. Food was ok

In the second row in North markaziah side of haram. Room size was suit but little small. The view wad nice partly viweing Haram. Location is one of the best in Haram side near women gates, food, stores and other facilities. Resurant buffet was nice different dishes and multiple cuisines were available. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I wany to thank them all and on above Mr.Abdullah head of reception he was polite and helpful all the time. Thank you Frontel team.

Food is very low quality in taste. Only few handful items you can get in dinner time. Surprisingly, though it's buffet but after 2 hrs I got some food bowls are empty. When I asked the chef to fill it up, he said they didn't have that item. Though the buffet time is for 4 hrs.

We stayed here in madinah for 6 nights. It took them 2 hours to check us in. The rooms were not ready despite arriving after 2pm. The staff on the check in desk were so rude and arrogant, the attitude was disgusting yet we paid to stay at their hotel. The rooms were hardly cleaned, we had to call for them to clean and even then all they did was change the bedding and empty bins. It was not cleaned the way it should have. There was dust everywhere, on the curtains. The carpet was filthy, i had to make sure my 10 month old baby was not put on the floor. The shower and sink drain was disgusting, it had dark brown marks around it like it hadnt been cleaned in forever. Never again would i stay here. This hotel is not a 5 star its false advertised , it is a 2 star. We stayed in a 5 star in Makkah and we were provided with up to tooth brushes

The hotel location is perfect specially for a family. Few steps to the Haram’s piazza. The cleanliness is average. The room fit out and furniture are bet old and worn-out. Room is missing floor towel, slippers, and some other kits that supposed to be available in four or five stars hotels even you may find it in 3 stars as well. The cost is extremely overpriced compared to the service you get.
