We stayed here during our stay in Medina.
Firstly, the location was perfect. This hotel is situated just a minute away from Masjid Al-Nawabi, walking distance.
The rooms were clean throughout, hotel service was also good. The beds were very comfortable, bathroom was also clean.
Buffet breakfast was very delicious and the staff service was great.
The hotel has a cafe in the lobby, the service here was also great, very friendly staff. The tea/coffee was really delicious.
Hotel is reasonably priced but what you would expect of a 5*.
The Hotel was beautiful throughout, especially the lobby area, the furnishings and the atmosphere would definitely make me a returning customer.

The lifts here are weird. It is in a semi-circle, and lifts are far apart hence the inability to see which lift is available. Overall, nice place. Well-kept and near to amenities but most of all, near to the Masjid Nabawi.

The worst possible stay. That too for such a hefty amount.
I booked 3 rooms for 4 nights. The room looked like it was from the 80’s. They didn’t provide us with toothbrushes. When I asked for extra water they gave it to us only after 2 hrs. I asked them for a checkout the next morning and it took them 5 hours to make it happen.
Also no one answers the phone. Had to wait in line at the reception for every single thing even though it was off season.

This Hotel is Excellent in every way from the decor to customer service is faultless. I have stayed with my family and friends whenever I travel to Medinah, and each time the service has been exceptional Alhamdullilah. I recommend this hotel as it’s a couple of minutes away from Masjid Al Nawabi, directly to women’s gate. Perfect location. You will not be disappointed. It’s states it’s a 4 star but better then any 5 star.

This is the best hotel by far. It states 4*star but it’s better than any 5*star we have stayed in between Makkah & Medinah. The staff are so nice and attentive, the customer service is brilliant. The way they communicate with you with so much respect. I’ve stayed at this hotel with my family twice now and plan again to stay there this coming October InshaAllah
Majid Nawabi approximately 2 minutes distance to the women’s gate.
