Nice hotel, nice amenities
The room was small, the floor was dirty, there was only 1 pair of bathroom slippers for a room booked for 4 people

The hotel is well maintained. Breakfast is amazing with an outdoor seating. It has a gym, starbucks and a small convenience shop. There is also a large outdoor pool, a caffee and a kids area that operates on weekends. There are hotel rooms as well as big villas.

I have visited this place many times I was working here with a company the rooms of this place is splendid and the service is just amazing and the location of this place is just mind blowing a little bit far away form the main city the environment of this place is just attractive

Awesome place with authentic atmosphere, excellent service, helpful staff, sharp live guards around the pools, delicious meals. Great for extended weekend escape from the city.

We went for ladies pool day and unfortunately it was one of the worst experience that i ever had.
We called a day before to book and inform them that we are coming (since it is almost 50 minute drive from Riyadh)
And once we reached there almost 9:30 am
They were kinda surprised! (Which mean they lack communication and operation management)
Anyhow, they took us to the villa (which supposed to be ready for ladies pool day) and once we entered! It wasn’t clean at all ! The pool is dirty and there are leftovers inside the villa!
Going to save you all the rest of the experience and till you we moved to another villa around 12:20 pm !
Even tho they told us they will give us an one day pass for Wednesday, we didn’t want to go back the experience is not worth my time nor the gas ?
This resort needs maintenance and increase of a hygiene level ..
