The resort is very beautiful and authentic
Room is huge and very clean
AC in my room was not heating so my room was bit cold but it was ok
service definitely needs improvements
food wasn't great but it was ok
the outdoor of this property was amazing

It was horrible experience no hot water in pool area to take a shower the spa is shut down and not working they don’t allow kids to swim in the pool Which it was the main reason why i booked the hotel the food is not so great the room service is low customer service is horrendous. Did not except to pay that amount of money for this service. Will not go there again.

By far the worst service you may possibly encounter.
We had booked their hall for a family wedding and unfortunately all pre-engaging agreements were never met! Had a nightmare of an “event supervisor” from the venue’s staff with no clarity on ethics or customer service, uncooperative, and bossy! The entire time dealing with her made us feel like we owed her something and we should be working for her.
The cherry on top of it all was when i tried to complain to the on-call manager at the time, he told me that “He’s only hearing my side of things and i might be exaggerating”
Apparently, the customer is always wrong ?
