I love this place! Clean, newly re-furbished rooms, breakfast was wonderful (best veggie omelets ever!). ALL staff wonderful and welcoming. Folks complaining in reviews must have been on the un-remodeled side because our stay was perfect!

A unique experience in all respects, especially if you have children. It has a large swimming pool, large areas for playing bicycles, an integrated kids club, paddle board, golf, and a lake with ducks and fish. However, maintenance of worn-out furniture is non-existent, and cleanliness is insufficient, especially that the area is far away, and dust accumulation in the rooms is very likely with the presence of the balcony. Knowing that the external cleanliness of the pool and gardens is excellent

The staff were all friendly, professional & went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I can't wait to come back again.
While I enjoyed my stay at this resort, there were a few things that could be improved.
The parking situation was frustrating - it wasn't well organized and needs much and accessibility to the lobby.
The entrance gate caused a long waits for security checks every time I return to the resort.
There were a lot of activities available, but they could have been better advertised.
Overall, despite these small inconveniences, I still had a pleasant experience at this resort and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a relaxing getaway & I hope they can address these issues to make future stays even better.

First things they should do
1. Change the lobby diffuser it smells like urine( no jokes)
2. Train your staff
3. Don't get the idea of not allowing food delivery ! And your rooms service food is really bad!
4. The location is VERY far.
