"what a warm a friendly welcome, especially from the staff in the restaurant.
The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Staff were helpful and always with a smile. It really does make such a difference when you have good service. It makes the day feel even more better. There was a gentleman his name is Mohammad Azam. He is really very helpful guy. I appreciate him. Thanks.

Well designed decor, clean rooms with all essential amenities, conveniently located excellent hospitality and delicious food, Especially the coffee shop makes Crown Plaza a favourite of mine. The staff take special care of everyone and personally see to every small need.
I've stayed here for 2 months, so far and i have no complaints! Will continue visiting!
I would say that this coffee shop that this hotel has is a must for coffee lovers! The service was good, and the variety of coffee served in the atmosphere was very satisfying

I was here at Crown Plaza for the dinner buffet. The staff at the restaurant was highly professional, courteous and friendly.
The food was just simply delicious and well prepared. The desert was out of this world.

I was served a good cappuccino in the lobby by the bartender Sagar today. Thanks for the polite service.
Stayed 4 nights. A nice hotel with large enough rooms. Polite personnel and good breakfast and dinner opportunity. Construction site on the former airport next door. Could be noisy during the day. But I was only there during the night.

Great place, great people and great service.
I spent 6 weeks here and hospitality was as same as day 1 even on the day 45.
Biggest challenge I faced in Saudi Arabia was the language but, here I found it easy since almost everybody speaks English.
