I had a wonderful dining experience at the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was excellent.
Mr. A Aazam was attentive and knowledgeable, and he made sure that we had a perfect evening.
We will definitely be back!

I got to take a tour of this hotel a year ago. I knew that it had a great location attached to the exhibition center. When I came back, I decided to stay here a day. I am very glad I did. Lobby structure is very superb, neat and clean with beautiful smells.The interior is a little dark to me. the staff is truly there to be of help to all of its clients.

Great experience at the Crowne Plaza as always. always so helpful. The cleaning staff are amazing, and I’ll always come back to the hotel. The gym facilities could be better and the men’s jacuzzi doesn’t work but overall good experience.

One of the best 5 stars Hotels in Riyadh, super new, amazingly huge, crazy clean, amazing atmosphere, beautiful rooms, food is super tasty and the service is magnificent, everyone is smiling and happy to help you, highly recommended for business travelers and family. Requested housekeeping to have the room cleaned. Received excellent service from the hotel staff. He was thorough and thoughtful in managing a swift and detailed servicing of the room. Keep up the amazing work!! Your staff is attentive and fantastic and makes our stay fabulous.

Whilst the and facilities itself is a little dated, customer service and the efficiency of their staff more than makes up for it.
Excellent costumer service overall. Ibrahim at the reception desk was very welcoming in checking me in and ensuring that my requests were met efficiently. The dining manager and the staff during breakfast were also very welcoming and ensured that my needs were met. My stay at this hotel was for two weeks and my stay overall has been very pleasant.
