Hotel is overall dated, no focus on maintenance, staff is good and helpful. Breakfast is pathetic. Location is ok very few food options nearby but mall is close and so is few grocery shops and laundry. Overall experience isn't that bad.

Worst Hospitality service I ever faced
1- rarely find any concierge or admin at reception
2- always deny online booked rooms and never give you what you paid for, I paid for deluxe room and got very poor room as per the photos
3- very poor cleaning operation and the water heater is a joke never able to get a good shower

Worst experience ever! The room is dirty and smells very bad. Room service is useless and they don't clean properly. The AC doesn't work. There's no hot water in the shower. Night shift reception staff is very rude. WiFi is very poor. They're always moving furniture after midnight so you can never get a good night sleep.

It’s a good hotel Appartment, has most amenities generally and I recommend staying in the rooms on the right side of the building since they are newer and larger. The shower has either cold or hot water, there’s no warm water. The breakfast is very bad though, flies on the exposed food, not much choice is available and very little fruit. As for the service, it’s not bad but they take a lot of time to answer the phone at reception. The location is good but not great.
