This place is decent, staff were friendly and cooperative, room was clean and tidy.

Lovely staff, especially the SriLankan gentleman handling service and breakfast!
The room itself was fine as we visited in the winter and it wasn't hot but we noticed the AC cooling in the hall and 1 room mainly. Some little things off in the room such as an appliance not working or doors not closing / locking well. Blocked toilet. Or the last guest may have dropped Pepsi by the window and it was still sticky.
We brought these issues to attention and the staff sorted all our issues. However it would be better if Rooms are thoroughly reviewed and checked before the next check in. Over all good stay.

Almost at the heart of Riyadh.. place is good.. no noise and little traffic.

Really helpful and kind staff. Arrived earlier than check-in time and my room was sorted in no time. Although there are tables at the lobby, no buffet breakfast is served. You can still ask for room service to have breakfast though. There are at least three cafeteria at a walking distance. Location is just spot on.
Will book there again for sure.
