Good hotel rooms, and nice staff.
The management is offering their guests only 2 bottles of water 330ml each. Really? Do you think adults only need to drink 660ml of water per day ? In Saudi ? Really? I think this standard of 2 bottles is unacceptable, especially in Saudi, especially where there is no grocery store nearby.
They only bring water if you ask to do so.
Please change this cheap current rule of 2 bottles and bring at least 1 liter of water per guest. Thanks

I was surprised to find a hotel of this quality in an industrial area. Immaculately clean throughout. Lovely spacious twin bed room ( just me) excellent AC easy to control. Fast free WiFi - good selection of tv channels. 45 minutes from the airport - maybe an hour to the DQ or business area - I'd rather be here than in town. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Buffet dinner was very good value but I mainly eat out. I can't comment on the the price as my company paid!

Great and very comfortable stay at Cristal Amaken, Riyadh.
Hotel staffs are very friendly and cooperative. Specially Mr. Muteb at Frontoffice is very professional and honest. He deal and solve the issue in efficient manner. I highly recommend this hotel for stay.

Great location in the Riyadh industrial area, decent enough buffet dinner during Ramadan. Rooms are clean and quite large. Gym is good too.

-I stayed at the hotel 11 nights
-Compared to the price, the stay was disappointing and not good
-Very, very bad internet service, the internet is slow and unsafe
-The room was not comfortable and the pillows were of poor quality
-Torn and worn towels were placed in the room, and the reception was reviewed and a complaint was made regarding this
-Non-Saudi reception service staff was not good and needed to learn to smile and deal in the same way with all nationalities when providing the service
-Despite the good presentation of the food, the breakfast buffet is crowded and the same cheap meals are repeated day by day without any renewal.
-Stuff of House keeping are good.
