Very nice and clean hotel. It is located in an industrial area therefore the location is good for a temporary stay and saves traffic time for reaching industrial entities. All amenities of good standard hotel are available. Breakfast is also good.

If you have to work in and around Riyadh Second industry or Kharj Road this becomes a hotel of choice however mind it that the drive to downtown can be from 60 to 90 minutes and you will be in the middle of nowhere except the industrial city.
Status is a 4Star hotel however I will place it nearer three stars.

They dont have hotel standards
1. There were a drill and hammer maintenance work early moring.
2. Air condition cleaning were at moring shouldnt ( what about cleaning work late night )
3. The breakfast is recooked wasnt fresh at all
4. Location might be good for companies visitors but not for me

This was my third visit to this hotel, it's a beautiful hotel. Service is great and it has a lot going for it inside. With the swimming pool and gym available to guests from the morning until the evening. However as good as the food is, the desert section lets it down the most it's often dry because it's left out. Also with covid still prevalent it would be wise to cover things up and have a bin close by for accidents.
The service is always good and the staff are very attentive if not sometimes too much.
Overall I enjoyed my multiple stays at this hotel. It is in the middle of a busy carriageway and not much to do around the hotel but walk.
Other than that it met my needs but can be better with some alternative options for longer stay visitor's.

Dropped in to attend an office luncheon, their open buffet in the Viewz restaurant. Entering to the reception you are welcomed by smiling and welcoming staff, in a contemporary set reception, openness of the place with plenty of natural daylight.
I am usually not buffet food person, and I must say this has been one of the few good buffet lunch that I had in this region. A good buffet, to me, is the one with carefully selected limited menu so that you are sure you are eating the fresh stuff, and Viewz restaurant maintained that. Soup, salads, mains and desserts, all well balanced and tasty!
