Excellent place for your quick business trip. Keep in mind the hotel is far from the Riyadh airport however very convenient if you are visiting central Riyadh and Diriyah areas. Clean, fresh and everything is in working order place just what you want when it's a quick turn around.

The hotel is great for its price + they have modern rooms and washrooms (ask for these rooms), luxury lobby, nice playground for kids, and super close to a Mall ! Recommend for limited budget. However, there are some points:
1. They dont make Omelette for breakfast, which is the first time for me in a hotel . Limited breakfast options.
2. Slow service when calling the house keeping number, but reception was fast.
3. Big kitchen but no kitchen equipment!
4. We booked a suite for 4 ppl, but they only gave us 2 free water every day. They should give us according to how many we are.
5. There is annoying/bad smell in the hallway (between the rooms).
6. We wanted to order food in the hotel’s restaurant but they didnt even have most of the menu!
7. Location is far from tourist places. Every time feels like a roadtrip.
8. Small elevator & pool.

I use the hotel every 2 weeks. It’s great, big rooms and very clean and the chef in the morning (Mgdy) is very friendly and makes the best Omelette in Riyadh!

All boudl hotel staffs are very friendly in nature. Mr.majid receptionist is very helpful and very co operative.. breakfast in the hotel very yummy...thanks to Mr.magdy for yummy food

Have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. Rooms are clean Hotel staff are helpful. Mgdy at the restaurant is a great chef, breakfast is always enjoyable. Highly recommend.
